KT Taping
Kinesiology tape is designed to promote movement, reduce pain, and alleviate muscle spasms, while athletic tape is primarily used for support and to restrict motion, especially in cases of existing pain. Unlike athletic tape, which is rigid, kinesiology tape is flexible and moves with the body. Kinesiology tape also helps improve lymphatic flow and circulation, whereas the tighter, more restrictive nature of athletic tape can reduce circulation.
