Cupping
Cupping therapy is an ancient healing practice used to relieve pain. During the session, a provider places cups on areas like the back, stomach, arms, or legs, and a vacuum or suction inside the cups gently pulls the skin upward. Originating from traditional medicine in China and West Asia, cupping has been used for thousands of years. The suction helps direct blood flow to or from specific areas of the body, and it's most commonly used to alleviate pain-related conditions.
